Your Role as a Leader:
As a Senior BCBA, you'll be a key leader, overseeing clinical services and providing guidance to RBTs and junior BCBAs. You'll ensure that treatment plans are effective and that clients are achieving their goals, all while fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
Leading Clinical Excellence: Enhance clients' cognitive, social, and self-help skills through effective ABA services.
Creating Personalized Plans: Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans that meet client goals.
Mentoring and Guiding: Supervise and mentor RBTs and junior BCBAs, fostering their professional growth.
Ensuring Compliance: Maintain compliance with BACB standards and insurance requirements.
Collaborating with Families: Work closely with caregivers and service providers to ensure holistic care.
Supporting Staff Development: Provide feedback and training to support staff growth.
Contributing to Program Development: Assist in clinic oversight and program development.
What You'll Bring:
Extensive Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Professional Certification: BCBA certification in good standing.
Supervisory Status: Supervisor status under the BACB.
Leadership Skills: Experience managing caseloads and overseeing RBTs and junior BCBAs.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Passion for Children: A genuine passion for helping children achieve their full potential.
Collaborative Spirit: A willingness to collaborate, lead, and adapt.
Reliable Commute: Ability to reliably commute to Sugar Land, TX 77478 or willingness to relocate with employer-provided assistance.
