Job Description

Real Estate Licensed Assistant and Executive Assistant Location Bellevue, WA :

The Licensed Real Estate Assistant and Executive Assistant will work directly with the company owner at the intersection of the real estate industry and legal proceedings. The ideal candidate must have a Washington State Real Estate Broker's License and should have 3 years of prior experience with Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel), OneDrive, and Adobe PDF is key. This position is a great fit for someone who wants to work in real estate and has strong office management skills. Responsibilities (without limitation):

  • Obtain and organize analytical and due diligence information for distressed real estate.
  • Assist with standard real estate broker services to list distressed and non-distressed real estate.
  • Provide support to the principals of the firm.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, disseminate information, and coordinate follow-up as required and appropriate.
  • Interface with legal counsel, real estate brokers, and property management.
  • Perform basic accounting functions and manage invoices and expenditures as advised.
  • Assist with case-related court pleadings and documentation as advised.
  • Assist with the creation, maintenance, and upkeep of physical and electronic files.
  • Internet research as requested.
  • Maintain inventory and stock of office supplies.
  • Information management, process mail, scanning and filing of documents.
  • Create and coordinate marketing activities and assist with development of marketing materials for the company as well as real estate projects.

Qualifications and Essential Functions:

  • Washington State Real Estate Broker's License.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate platforms like Northwest Multiple Listing Service, Commercial Brokers Association, LoopNet, tax records, etc.
  • Superior Microsoft Office skills in Word, Outlook, Excel, and OneDrive, and familiarity with Adobe PDF.
  • Experience and interest in marketing at company level; website management and SEO skills.
  • Strong computer proficiency a must.
  • Highly organized in tasks, documentation and thought.
  • Creative thinker and problem solver.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based digital storage systems and interfaces.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • College degree or equivalent administrative experience preferred.

Work Environment

  • We are a small office with a casual setting.
  • We have flexible work hours; you will not be asked to miss your student's events or reschedule a doctor's appointment. We collaborate to get the work done and we don't worry too much about the details.
