**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Pizza Cook with a passion for creating delicious pizzas. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of pizza-making techniques and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas, ensuring quality and consistency in taste and presentation.
- Utilize a range of cooking equipment, including pizza ovens, mixers, and prep stations.
- Make fresh dough from scratch and prepare various sauces and toppings.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure proper food safety and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow during high-volume periods.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, following health and safety guidelines.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking ingredients and supplies.
- Provide exceptional service to customers and be able to take special requests or modifications.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a pizza cook or in a similar role within a restaurant kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of pizza making techniques, including dough preparation and baking.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- A passion for food and continuous improvement in culinary skills.
- Food Handler’s Certification is required.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
