Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee night shift warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping functions
• Ensure compliance with DEA, FDA, OSHA, and Board of Pharmacy requirements, particularly around controlled substances
• Partner with cross-functional teams—such as Inventory, Facilities, Planning, and Safety—to meet service goals and operational KPIs
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, throughput, and cost-effectiveness
• Prepare for audits and inspections through proactive self-assessments and compliance reviews
• Support emergency response and business continuity planning efforts
• Supervise, mentor, and develop team supervisors and associates while promoting accountability and professional growth
• Manage staffing, performance metrics, and employee engagement activities

Minimum Qualifications:

• 6+ years of relevant professional experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in healthcare and pharmaceuticals
• Experience with warehouse management systems (AS400, SAP, WCS/KNAPP)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or similar field
• 6+ years in pharmaceutical or distribution operations, including 3+ years in a leadership capacity
• Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement certification
• Familiarity with DSCSA compliance requirements

Schedule:

• Sunday to Thursday, with occasional Friday coverage
• Start times between 4 PM – 9 PM; end times between 1 AM – 6 AM
• Weekend on-call rotation required
