Lovell Government Services is a Veteran-Owned, Mission-Driven company based in Pensacola, FL. We are seeking a Medical Billing Coordinator to support our revenue operations team. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a desire to help drive the accuracy and efficiency of our billing processes.
About the Role:
As a Medical Billing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing and supporting the day-to-day billing functions. This includes organizing billing workflows, maintaining documentation accuracy, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and compliant billing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and process billing documentation and related tasks
Maintain accurate financial records and assist with reporting
Support reimbursement workflows and payment tracking
Communicate with internal teams to resolve billing issues
Assist leadership with special projects related to revenue operations
Qualifications:
Experience in medical billing or administrative coordination preferred
Familiarity with billing procedures and terminology is a plus
Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Experience with government or healthcare systems is a bonus
