Executive /Personal Assistant 
You will provide high-level support for a busy couple in Bryn Mawr, PA.  The Principals have a fast-paced schedule as they both work demanding jobs. Prior experience mandatory and must be willing to work Monday – Friday with night time and weekend flexibility as needed

Responsibilities of the Personal Assistant

• Manage personal calendars.
• Make reservations for travel, dinners and family related appointments for kids and parents.
• Administrative duties directly supporting the Principles.
• Managing communication, scheduling and organization for busy Principals day-to-day. 
• Work with their office EA closely.
• Special event planning for corporate and personal parties/functions.
• Work a hybrid role (home office in Bryn Mawr and work from your own home also).
• Extreme confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications of the Personal Assistant 

• Must be fluent in English.
• Previous experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant.
• Knows how to be extremely diplomatic, confidential and private.
• Strong organizational skills mandatory.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask quickly while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to network and communicate effectively to establish and maintain support.

Position Compensation

• Salary:$100,000 – $120,000 DOE
• Living Accommodations: Live Out
• Vacation: Yes
• Health Insurance:Stipend towards your own plan provided
