Job Title: Clinical Manager
Location: In-Office – Margate, FL
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Reports To: Director of Patient Services
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Clinical Manager for a full-time, in-office role in Margate, FL. This position is focused on overseeing the delivery of quality care through remote clinical oversight and coordination. The role is telephonic and computer-based —there is no direct patient contact . The Clinical Manager provides leadership and supervision to Coordinators of Care and Clinical Assistants, ensuring compliance with standards and promoting a culture of excellence.
Candidates must be willing to obtain an New York RN license within 90 days of being hired
After 90 days of employment, employees become eligible for a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, guide, and evaluate Coordinators of Care and Clinical Assistants
Review and ensure timely reassessment and updates to plans of care
Oversee documentation accuracy and completion of recertification packets
Conduct chart reviews and case conferencing for quality assurance
Provide clinical guidance on complex patient situations
Identify and respond to staffing and training needs
Participate in hiring, onboarding, and disciplinary actions for clinical staff
Serve as liaison with payers and advocate for patient care needs
Support the agency’s emergency preparedness and non-discrimination initiatives
Collaborate on performance improvement, education, and compliance activities
Participate in on-call rotation as needed
Qualifications:
Active RN license in the state of Florida
Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
Minimum 3 years of nursing experience; home health experience strongly preferred
Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid and regulatory compliance standards
Proficiency with EMR systems and remote coordination platforms
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: $68,000 – $70,000
25 days of PTO annually

Hybrid work schedule available after 90 days (3 days in office, 2 days from home)
