Job Description

**12838BR** **Title:** Clinical Education Specialist - PACE **Job Description:** Provide support to the Clinical Education (CE) team, use knowledge and skills in learning principles to provide leadership, and facilitate physician learning and educational activities. Examples include identifying learning gaps, understanding areas of continuing education, partnering with third-party content creators to implement CE programs, leading and/or participating in hands-on training sessions with knowledge of neurovascular diseases and treatments. Job duties: + Create/design and update training curriculum including reference tools, practice exercises, and skills assessments, utilizing a variety of formats. + As assigned, design, coordinate, implement, and evaluate selected internal education programs offered throughout the organization. + Develop and provide content for use in the development of web-based training (e-learning) curriculum. Maintain documentation, Including compiling e-learning employee records. + Generate educational content including specific information for stroke identification and treatment options. + Provide scientific meeting coverage and dissemination of information. + Support education webinar series with scientific societies. + Troubleshoot problems with flow models and simulators used for clinical education. + Collect, organize, and ensure accuracy of training materials for internal training such as bi-monthly boot camps. + Support educational needs assessment and facilitate continuing education accreditation. + Provide operational support to the Clinical Education team including Associate bootcamps and Clinical Immersion Programs (CIPs) for R&D, Clinical Research, and Costa Rica Associates. + Prepare surveys and reports for the Clinical Education team activities including FACETS, societies supported fellowship programs, RT Workshops, and internal bootcamps. + Provide management of electronic database (e.g., e-Learning platforms / NeuroVerse, Trackstar, etc.), working closely with Clinical Education Management. + Communicate procedures for Associates who are appointed for training. + Manage Clinical Education training calendars. + Leads special projects. + Perform activities outside of job functions as necessary to support strategic goals of the organization. + Comply with applicable Laws and Regulations, adhere to Quality Management System processes and requirements as well as demonstrate Ethics and Integrity in all matters and at all levels throughout the organization. + Perform additional duties as assigned. **Auto req ID:** 12838BR **Location:** Aliso Viejo, California, USA **Department Name:** 527-Medical Affairs **Qualifications:** 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2. Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience of working in a hospital setting, e.g., catheterization lab, clinic, etc. 3. Creative problem-solving skills; keen attention to detail; outstanding organizational abilities. 4. Ability to communicate effectively in a timely, proactive and professional manner. 5. Experience in working directly with physicians and healthcare providers addressing training, troubleshooting, etc. 6. Excellent organizational, presentation, and listening skills. 7. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 8. Ability to foster teamwork and a continuous learning environment. 9. Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet organizational goals. 10. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality. 11. Proficient with MS Office, including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and Teams. **Desired Qualifications** 1. Training and education experience. 2. Experience in medical device industry. 3. Located locally in proximity to Aliso Viejo, CA headquarters. 4.
